Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Codecraft Signature, provided by Codecraft Technologies Company Inc. By creating an account, using the service, or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Codecraft Signature helps individuals and organizations create, manage, preview, copy, and share email signatures and related branding assets. You are responsible for the information, images, links, and other content you submit and for ensuring you have permission to use them.

2. Plans and annual access

• Starter: free access to the Starter feature set.
• Pro: PHP 799 for one year of Pro access.
• Team: PHP 3,999 for one year and includes 10 seats.
• When the current checkout supports additional seats, each additional Team seat is PHP 300 per year.

Paid access is for the period shown at checkout and in your account. Renewal is manual only. We do not automatically charge you for another term. If you do not renew, paid features become unavailable after your paid-access date, but cancellation or non-renewal does not normally end already-paid access early.

3. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed through the payment provider shown at checkout. Prices and currency are displayed before payment. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of payment and are handled under our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived under Philippine consumer law.

4. Account and acceptable use

Keep access links and account sessions private. You must not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, impersonate others, distribute malicious material, interfere with the service, bypass plan restrictions, or access another customer’s content without authorization.

5. Customer content

You retain ownership of your content. You give us a limited permission to store, process, resize, display, and transmit that content only as needed to provide and secure the service. Existing saved signatures may remain readable or exportable after paid access expires, while paid editing or branding capabilities may be restricted.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. We may maintain, improve, secure, or discontinue features. Material changes to these Terms will be posted with an updated effective date.

7. Suspension and termination

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, unlawful use, material breach, or protection of other users. You may choose not to renew or may ask support to close your account. Non-renewal does not normally terminate an already-paid period before its stated end date.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for email-client rendering differences, third-party services, or losses caused by content or links supplied by customers. Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent allowed by applicable law and does not exclude mandatory consumer protections.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without limiting any mandatory rights available to consumers.
