Codecraft Technologies Company Inc. operates Codecraft Signature. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit, create an account, build a signature, manage a team, contact support, or purchase access.

1. Information we collect

• Identity and contact information, such as name, email, telephone numbers, job title, department, company, and address.
• Signature and branding content, such as photos, logos, banners, colors, social links, disclaimers, and generated signature HTML.
• Account and transaction records, including plan, billing status, paid-access dates, checkout references, payment status, and seat counts. We do not need to store complete card details.
• Technical and security information, such as sessions, access events, IP-derived request information, browser details, error logs, and abuse-prevention records.
• Messages and records you provide when contacting support.

2. Why we use information

We process information to provide and personalize signatures, authenticate users, administer plans and teams, process and verify payments, send access and service messages, answer support requests, prevent abuse, maintain security, comply with law, and improve reliability.

3. Service providers and disclosures

We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate the service, such as hosting providers, PayMongo for checkout and payment processing, and Resend for transactional email. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and security, or in connection with a legitimate corporate transaction. We do not sell personal information.

4. Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain transaction and security records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type. You may contact us about deletion, subject to records we must preserve.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access controls, restricted credentials, secure transport, validation, and logging. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so keep account access links private and contact us if you suspect misuse.

6. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable Philippine law, you may ask to access, correct, update, object to certain processing of, or request deletion of personal information. You may also contact support to stop optional product updates. Some information may be retained where required for legal, transaction, fraud-prevention, or security purposes.

7. International processing

Some service providers may process information outside the Philippines. Where applicable, we use reasonable contractual and operational safeguards appropriate to the information and service.

8. Children

The service is intended for business and professional use and is not directed to children. Contact us if you believe a child submitted personal information without appropriate authorization.
